My name is Lisa Pasichnyk, and I’m a Product Designer at Tread athletics. This is a Health & Fitness web and app where I help athletes to grow their skills faster with design.

I studied architecture and started my career in that field before moving into product design. I’ve always loved a good challenge — whether it was learning to draw in three months to enter university, becoming a team lead being six months into IT, or raise funding for a startup.

Recently, I’ve been focusing on designing gamified user experiences and building AI-powered prototypes for rapid hypothesis testing.

Before Tread athletics, I worked at Netherland studio Teqqed, where I contributed to the design of a Fintech startup — a complex SaaS invoicing platform that we delivered in just two weeks.

I’m also passionate about side projects. For instance, I designed a donation system for Sirius, an animal shelter, to support regular contributions. I love exploring how everyday products can be improved through creative ideas and often connect with people who might be interested in bringing them to life.

I’m also the co-founder of Renovation Map, a platform that helps preserve heritage buildings from demolition. Right now, I’m creating lectures on AI prototyping for Projector.
